Higher Balance Institute - Awakening the World One Mind at a Time
April 22nd, 2008 — New Releases
Dear Navigator,
Let’s face it, being mesmerized by the DOE is a fact of life. And as long as you are part of the human experience the brain is king…or at least governor.
This terrain is one that the brain knows well. It has had millions of years to practice and it has evolved to that marvelous thing we keep between our ears. During this evolutionary process the brain has, surprisingly, picked up a habit or two. One such habit is an intricate relationship with body ornaments. This peculiar habit has been with us since we lived in caves and remains with us today. It was then, as it is now, a symbol of something we identify with. This ranges from the latest fashion fad, to our social status, and of course to our spiritual connection. This connection that has been ingrained in our brains for millions of years between your spirituality and body ornaments is a powerful loophole that should not be foolishly dismissed.
Eric has, perhaps intuitively, exploited this loophole himself for many years. Using constant physical reminders around him to trigger spiritual awareness.
For this reason, Higher Balance Institute is proud to offer a very special gift; your very own Awareness Pendant. Countless, dedicated hours have been spent to come up with a beautiful silver pendant molded into the Higher Balance logo you have come to know.
Higher Balance is honored to have the opportunity to present you with this, your very own, Awareness Pendant. We cordially invite you to inspect it and encourage you to act quickly and secure your own here! You already know all the trials and challenges you face day to day in your constant battle for awareness. By now, you probably have quite the spiritual toolbox. It is filled with knowledge, techniques and experiences… but remember where you are at and don’t dismiss the power that a tangible item, such as this pendant, has in this dimension. Take the long history your brain has with physical representations, like this, and use it to create a bridge of awareness that will fool it out of the DOE and into clarity.
All the best,
Higher Balance Staff

April 14th, 2008 — Higher Balance Events
MT. HOOD OREGON: July 24th to 27th
(Registration is only $25)
We’ve all felt it at one time or another and every time we are together we feel it a thousand times stronger. This is the fact that we all are family in the most real sense of the word.

Summer is near. The time for barbecues, camping outside under the brilliant stars, and meditating in the quiet moonlight. This summer is bringing something special, the very first Higher Balance Summer Gathering!
This is an event that was created with the intention for us all to have the opportunity to come together and be amongst our fellow Navigators in a very casual, laid back setting.
Nestled at the base of Mt. Hood there is a place that is perfect for campers of all types. For the rugged, we have tent sites available. For the more comfort minded and mobile, there are RV sites. And, for the ultra deluxe “I don’t go camping unless there is a full kitchen, bathroom and bed at my disposal” camper, there are luxury cabins that were made just for you! So, whatever your outdoor experience, there are accommodations that will fit your needs.
We will be holding activities that include but are not limited to: Group Meditations, Marshmallow Eating Contests (chubby bunny anybody?), Hot Dog cook-offs, Star Gazing, old-school dimensional activities like Rock Clacking, Dimension Walking, Nature Hikes, Movie Time, Story Time, Sharing good Conversation with Fellow Navigators, and possibly… just possibly we might be able to squeeze a Q&A session out of Eric Pepin (This can’t be guaranteed but we do have the lecture hall on reserve just in case). But, even if we don’t get a full blown lecture, there is an Olympic sized swimming pool which Eric Pepin has eluded to providing us with a demonstration of his World Famous Phoenix Splash!!! Hold onto your suits (literally) because it is INTENSE!!!
It’s a time of fun and reflection. A time to meet other people on the same journey and learn from one another.
If you have a special talent, please consider bringing whatever props you need to the gathering and perform. Remember, you are with fellow seekers. We all know the ups and downs of this human experience so even if it’s a stupid human trick, like licking the tip of your nose, we want to see it! Also, for the late nights around the campfire it’s always nice to have a little atmosphere music… (hint hint musicians).
So, pack your bags, grab your compass and floppy hat and get ready to join us July 24th-27th at Mt Hood Village for this one of a kind event!
There are a couple of things to consider while getting ready for the event. If you have friends coming in from other parts of the world you may want to coordinate with them so you can share a ride to the campground, food for the weekend, and your accommodations once you get there. Whether it be a tent site, RV, or cabin you can have a maximum of six people per site.
Please call Higher Balance and register with us before you reserve your accommodations at the village. There is only a $25 registration fee for this epic three day event! Call in to 1-800-935-4007 or 503-646-4000.
Now, in order to reserve your accommodations you need to speak directly with Mt Hood Village by calling either 503-622-4011 or 800-255-3069 and tell them that you are with the Higher Balance Group. Most importantly give them the code 6415. By giving them this code they will ensure that you will be placed near other Higher Balance Participants. Their website and a list of the ground’s amenities can be found at www.mthoodvillage.com
Here is a price breakdown for each type of accommodation and the amenities that each site has. In case you want to come early or stay later, you will need to tell Mt Hood Village the dates you will be staying for.

Eric Robison,
Vice President
We understand some of you may have questions about Higher Balance being involved in pending litigation against Laura Knight-Jadczyk, SOTT and Quantum Future Group. We have been advised that due to the nature of the proceedings we should not comment or otherwise discuss the situation in any detail, and for the time being we must follow that advice. We believe it is extremely important, however, to communicate certain points.
First and foremost, we believe very strongly in and cherish freedom of speech. With that freedom, however, comes powerful responsibility, which is why there are laws such as libel and slander. Those laws are designed and intended to provide protection against being harmed by false statements and accusations, and unfortunately Higher Balance finds itself in need of that kind of protection. Certain individuals through certain entities have made and continue making and widely disseminating patently false and harmful statements about Higher Balance. We sought a peaceful and amicable resolution, asking only for an end to the false and harmful statements. Unfortunately, our request was ignored and we were forced to take legal action, which is the only mechanism available to us to defend ourselves.
In accord with the mission and values of Higher Balance, we remain hopeful that we are able to resolve this in a manner that turns something negative into something positive. Guided by that mission, even though Higher Balance has been greatly harmed, any monetary compensation we recover as part of the lawsuit, beyond what is necessary to cover our legal fees, will be donated to the International Rescue Committee, which provides emergency relief to refugees and people affected by crises around the world.

Higher Balance Institute - Awakening the World One Mind at a Time
April 2nd, 2008 — Higher Balance News
In silence, through the still consciousness… all things cease.
Within this place, once you can achieve it, and you can move without thought, you can change, shape and create reality.
There is a method to achieving this process. A “formula” you can practice, work with, and perfect. This is the journey “home”. The place we all spiritually yearn for.
In the second part of the Yorktown, Virginia session the whole texture of the event changes as Eric Pepin and all the participants quickly accelerate into deep, deep waters. They leave the surface waters of the first video far behind, delving into the real heart of the journey within.
When you’re watching this series you might notice a moment when the cameraman gets real fidgety. You can hear him rustling and moving around. If you’re like us you might even say out loud, “C’mon, settle down a bit!”
Then the whole audience shifts and there’s a noticeable charge. A real jolt of energy you can feel jump right off the screen. Suddenly, the cameraman goes perfectly still. It’s at that moment the whole video really takes off. Go ahead and look for the moment, see if you can catch it!
Part II of the Yorktown session is so different it could almost be a separate event but it’s all in the same sitting! This intimate, quietly profound conversation takes some surprising, but wonderful turns, discussing things like:
- How a true heart, with intent and humbleness, creates reality
- Allowing the Universe through trust and letting go, to put you together perfectly
- How a lot of “New Age” thought is too focused on “feels good”, fancy terms, and physical gratification which misses the real meaning of spiritual development
- Slipstreaming your consciousness into dimensional space with awareness
- Why Higher Balance meditation isn’t really meditation as much as it’s an operating system of consciousness
- A whole other level to the Higher Balance meditation on how it works, why and what you can do with all the different energy you gather from it
- Tastes, teasers and bits of predicting the future, 2012, and more
- Plus, the formula you use to approach God
We know, that’s an awful lot and this is all the same event as Part I: Lessons in dreams, parallel lives and more.
Most of you probably want to go right to the formula. We’ll be honest right up front, it sounds really simple but the truth is it’s a very complicated yet profound process. Let’s face it, if awakening was truly easy, everyone would do it.
Worse still, more of us could do it but we lack all the proper tools we need. Even worse, once we have the right tools, most lack the consistency and commitment to make it happen!
What are you to do? Well, first things first… watch the video! Part II of the Yorktown, Virginia session is a great ride. You don’t even need to have watched the first part to get a lot out of this. That means if you’re just tuning in, go ahead and hit play…
Good journeys,
Higher Balance Staff
P.S. Want to know how you can understand the secrets and workings of the Universe through a pineapple upside-down cake? As crazy as it sounds… it’s all here.
P.P.S More still, Eric Pepin hints at what one of the shockwaves to global conciousness will be in the near future. Here’s a hint… it has to do with-, oh just go watch it now.

March 28th, 2008 — Higher Balance News
Does growth have to be hard? Lessons in dreams, parallel lives, being a spiritual tuning rod, introduction to “feels like”, and how to talk the language of the Universe in vibrations and frequencies using intent…
What do all those things have in common? They are all topics discussed in an entertaining yet engaging, cozy, fireside-chat-style event in the newly released video from the 2007 Higher Balance Road Trip. This special stop on the road trip across the US occurred in Yorktown, Virginia. It’s the first Road Tour Higher Balance has ever done and this is the first, exclusive release and sneak peek at what went on!
The entire video is almost 180 minutes spanning a vast range of topics ranging from the far out to the practical. That’s so much time we had to split it up into 3 parts! You can watch Part I now which shows…
- Why hard lessons in life can be blessings in disguise to promote growth
- When dreams have a chance to hold more meaning and when they’re more likely brain babble
- Why all species on the planet sleep and what it does for Gaia
- Parallel lives and a little taste of karma
- The duality of spiritual people, our role and purpose
- Helping life move into the Universe and being spiritual tuning rods
- Introduction into the special sensory of “feels like” and how it helps you communicate to a Universe that speaks in a language of vibration and frequency
- And so much more… this is all just Part I!
Go ahead and watch Part I of the a 3 part series… as part of our continued commitment to release free material and give to all of you that have given to us! It’s showing now on the new Higher Balance Institute website.

Higher Balance Women’s Retreat 2008
Cumberland, Rhode Island
June 20 – June 22, 2008
“This June will be a pivotal moment in awakening consciousness for woman. Although, I want to be clear on the topics that will be covered. There is no doubt it will be cutting edge and offer huge breakthroughs for women and their overall development. I expect it will accelerate a female’s development by at least ten years. I mean this quite literally.
Keep in mind that I have never truly addressed female matters exclusively; believe me I will have a lot to say. An exhaustive and intensive workshop is an understatement! What should be on every woman’s mind is liberation, real personal growth and freedom. I have no doubt this will be a very life changing event for many and truly empowering.” – Eric Pepin
Fellow Navigators,
Thank you for your interest in the women’s retreat, which will be held June 20 – June 22, 2008. The event will begin on Friday afternoon at 1:00 pm and will end Sunday in the early afternoon. The Providence Zen Center is located in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
I am curious to see what will take place. Such an event or opportunity has never occurred before. To conceive powerful, spiritual women leading the way into the future is extraordinary!
While this event is exclusively geared towards women, it is not exclusively for women. Men may sign up to attend after March 31st. Priority is given to women. For men it is about understanding your feminine side better or learning how to empower females in your lives. Wives, daughters, sisters. It is also about being a better teacher. You must understand though that topics covered will be for women, about women.
It will be a wide array of topics with no limitations. This means spiritually, psychically, emotionally, relationships, new techniques designed exclusively for women, business, children, healing, conflicts.. the list goes on.
Availability is limited to 60 people. This is a restiction on the center, not what we have set. The problem is that because this was already announced on the Higher Balance Navigator site (www.hbinavigators.com) it’s already half full!
The cost is $499 per person. That is all inclusive. Lodging, meals and a whole weekend of workshops. You will be sharing a very simple and plain room with another person. Beds are on the floor and hard! Many people bring air matresses. You will need to bring your own pillows, blankets and sheets. Bathrooms are also shared.
You may view the grounds and additional detailed information by visiting their web page at: http://www.providencezen.org.
Please direct any questions to Higher Balance at 1-800-935-4007 (1-503-646-4000) Lynn the local volunteer event coordinator (lynderela@yahoo.com), rather than contacting the Zen Center directly.
The following description and feedback was provided by the Zen Center:
The Providence Zen Center is a serene and tranquil Zen Buddhist temple in northeastern Rhode Island. Green, lush and alive with the songs of birds in the warmer months, breathtakingly silent and still in the winter, the grounds include fifty beautiful acres with woods, two ponds, and an orchard. Our facility’s meeting/meditation rooms are elegantly simple and beautifully finished with
hardwood floors, both in the Zen center and in the more traditional Diamond Hill Zen Monastery.
Located close to four major highways, Providence Zen Center is twenty minutes north of Providence and an hour from Boston.
Here are some comments from previous customers:
“Everyone just raves about the quality of service and the environment at the Zen Center.”
“The setting, environment, and food are so supportive of the experience for the participants.”
“Many thanks to everyone for facilitating us in having a successful retreat.”
“It was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and respectful of our needs.”
“We can’t think of anything that could have been done to improve. Thanks.”

The Higher Balance staff and Lynn are here to support you. Marrakech is processing your payments and can be reached by contacting Higher Balance directly. Lynn can support you with any of your logistical needs. Please review the information included here and continue to contact us with additional questions or concerns.
Information such as a schedule of events will be available as the event approaches.

The Future is Here. The Revolution is Now.
Portland, ORE - Today we are proud to announce Higher Balance has finally brought our new website out of the secret lab into the light of day. As we speak servers around the world are steadily updating the new www.higherbalance.com to the vision of the future of Higher Balance.
It is a time of renewal, change, and growth. Waiting for the right time, the right moment, when we could take what was inside Higher Balance and show the world. That time is now.
This new site heralds the next age of Higher Balance Institute’s evolution as we strive to accomplish the goal we set from the very beginning. Awaken the world, one mind, one life, at a time. We hope you join us in marking this occasion. It is truly exciting times ahead!
As with everything done by Higher Balance, the website, along with the new vision and visual energy, new and soon to be released features… are all 100% certified, organic, homegrown Higher Balance. That means everything you see was all done by us in the spirit of devotion, dedication and love. It is an honor and a privilege to serve all of you on our journey together.
Eric Pepin provided the vision and the labor of creation for the new Higher Balance web. He also gave a lot of energy to ensure the quality and perfection that we strive to uphold in all that we do. The main staff assisting with the project was Matt Struve and Eric Robison. As always, we can’t do what we do without the help of all the Higher Balance staff and, perhaps most importantly, YOU! All of our participants make what we do possible.
Of course, there is always the reason we do it all. To you, who we do it all for. We give all that we are, all that we have. For you, though we tire, we do not sleep. Though we struggle, we will not stop. There is only thanks…
We hope you are as proud of the new online presence as we are. Look for it to expand and change quickly in the coming weeks as this is only first version. More importantly, this is only one of the many changes happening behind-the-scenes here at Higher Balance. This is going to be a phenomenal year, we look forward to showing you what it is… to be in Higher Balance!

January 11th, 2008 — Bending God: A Memoir
This Sunday in Portland the Race For The Cure is being held. It’s an event to support Komen for the Cure, the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists.
www.komen.org
I’m a last minute entry but looking to do what I can. Thought I had more time but I don’t.
If anyone would like to sponsor me, all proceeds go to support breast cancer research and education, along with mammograms for people in need that live in Oregon and SW Washington.
More than sponsoring me, I would encourage you all to find a race in your local area (if you’re in the US) and run yourself. It’s about taking individual action, spreading awareness and getting involved. The run is only 3.1 miles, they even have kids run in the race, so families are a go and if you’re worried you’ll look bad… you know you can at least out-run a 6 year old.
Don’t have to do it for the competition, do it for something fun and good.
I haven’t run competively in a long time, so while I’m looking forward to seeing how I do, I expect there’s a chance I’ll be dragging myself across the line. The point is, if I can do it, so can you.
Yes, I know there are so many things out there, how do you know where to put your time and energy? Only you can decide. I’d just like to encourage people to do something, whatever you choose to do. I know we can’t do it all. The best you can is good enough, as long as that’s what you’re doing.
For me, many of the strong influences and good, lasting memories of my life have been given to me from women. No, I don’t just mean relationships. So even when you frustrate me and I blame it on your gender (I’m kidding) I want all of you (women) to live long, happy lives. This is just my way of saying thanks. You gave me more than I can return, you need something back.
If you don’t want to run yourself and would like to sponsor me here’s my link:
http://rfcp.convio.net/goto/ero
Even though the race is Sunday Sept. 23rd, I have until October 23rd to continue fundraising. It’s for a good cause, if you want to pitch in, I appreciate it. But, I’d rather see you run!
I’ll talk more about how I did after the race.
Take care,
Eric
January 11th, 2008 — Bending God: A Memoir
I recently received an email from a Bending God reader that had questions I have heard before from other readers. Since it seems to be a recurring theme I wanted to share what she asked and my response to help other people who may be asking themselves the similar things. (Now, I may post emails from other readers in the future, but I will always take out personally identifying information unless you tell me it’s okay to include it.)
Here’s what she wrote:
Dear Eric,
I just completed your book and have enjoyed it immensely. I also took into account that your expedited spiritual growth was due to being in the presence of Eric Pepin, which many of us, obviously do not have the time or the resources to take off from life to do so.
For me to understand how to connect or plug into God or the Force, forgetting about all the practices that we all go through and search for, is this something that must constantly run through my thoughts? I’m not talking about looking for things to keep myself busy. you understand where i’m coming from. Do I need to keep myself constantly conscious of the Force in order to be connected to it, or do I have to “jump through hoops” by doing meditations, visualizations and affirmations.
This is sort of the conclusion that i’m getting from what you experienced in the four months since beginning with Eric P. Thank you for your time and effort into replying………J.
Here’s what I told her:
Dear J,
I do understand where you’re coming from.
First, as I say in Bending God you cannot discount Eric’s presence in the breakthroughs I encountered. That said, you also cannot discount what I put into it. It takes two! Don’t kick me to the curb yet. However, you also cannot discount what I took away from it, meaning how much I fought against moving forward.
In that sense, you are more prepared then I was to use what you have at hand. The knowledge! When I look at the catalog of courses available to Higher Balance participants now, compared to what I had access to then, it blows my mind. Now, I don’t want to assume what you do or do not know so I apologize if this is redundant but Higher Balance has almost 60 Expansion Modules beyond the Foundation set. It really is a full, comprehensive system. There are Modules out now that contain information that I didn’t have access to for years!
Eric Pepin has also refined his teaching style and knowledge over time. What is delivered to people now has already aged and advanced 7 years beyond when Bending God took place. The core remains the same but the delivery has improved.
Now, let’s get to the heart of what you’re asking. The formula is as simple as the day Eric told it to me six years ago. You get out of your spirituality what you put into it. By that, I mean effort. Everything in this universe requires an exchange of energy. You want fire? Burn wood. You want to drive a car? Fill it with gas (bio-diesel, petroleum, electric, whatever). Even to function, every day, you must feed your body. Is eating three meals a day jumping through hoops to connect with your life? Well, if you’re like me you think so, but it is what it is. Many people enjoy eating. They take pleasure in good food and the experience of eating or dining. It’s not a chore or jumping through hoops but when you look at it in a functional level it appears that way. You HAVE to eat! How restrictive is that?! (I’m waiting for the perfect kibble to pop and be about my day.)
There is a universal currency that you must use in order to get what you want from the Universe. That currency is effort. Payment equals effort.
Must this knowledge constantly run through your thoughts? No. You cannot maintain yourself in that place 24/7. You are alive, here, now. One foot here and the other there, yes? Don’t burn yourself thinking that needs to be the case.
On the other hand, Eric clearly told me from that conversation in Bending God a long time ago the number one reason people fail is laziness. When I said earlier not to discount what I put into my own journey I meant my time spent reflecting. I didn’t just listen to what Eric would tell me and walk away never to think about it again. I thought about it when I was home, when I woke up, when I showered. It wasn’t all the time but I did spend time thinking about it. When you go to school to major in something how long do you spend reflecting, studying, talking and discussing your courses? Now what about if you wanted your masters? Why should this knowledge require less? Is there an inherit belief that spirituality is supposed to be ‘easy’ because it’s all about relaxation, or effort is ego-driven therefore counterproductive? Or maybe it’s the worst one… that Enlightenment will simply ‘come’ or we’re all ‘already Enlightened’ so there’s no reason trying?
When you ask if you have to “jump through hoops” with meditations, or affirmations this is what comes to my mind. That you are looking for an easy way that requires little to no effort. Still, you also acknowledge there are practices we all go through and search for. Here’s the trick of it… you do have to do something to plug into or connect with God or the Force, you have to understand what the Force is. You have to know it. You have to become it. That requires some effort.
You do not need Eric personally in your life. You do not need gobs of free time or put your life on hold. Aside from this initial summer I write about in Bending God the period where I actually had my biggest surges in awakening is when I worked a full-time job, in Los Angeles, a place packed with people, distractions and not much Prana from life force. It’s a desert! I also spent my entire weekend hanging out with friends and Eric and I was dating someone for a good chunk of my burst. So, you don’t need to take a break from your life.
You do need one thing most people lack, consistency. Look at it this way. When you meditate using the Higher Balance meditation, you are raising the vibration of your consciousness and pulling in massive amounts of energy (among other things.) Now for the sake of this explanation let’s say before you meditate your consciousness is vibrating at 2. Then you meditate and you shift up to 15. A few hours pass, you go to work, do you your thing and your consciousness is down to 12. A few more hours pass, you get off work, go home, eat, hang out and your consciousness is down to 6. Now you have a choice. Either meditate again, or watch some TV or some other activity and then go to bed. If you go to bed you’ll wake up at let’s say a 3. Did you make progress the day before because you meditated? Yes, you did.
But what would happen if you had meditated that night? You would have gone from a 6 to a 19. The next day you’d wake up at say, 12. Don’t worry about the numbers not matching up, that’s not important. The important thing is you understand there is a vibration, the vibration of the planet, that is pushing you back down to its frequency every single second. In order to rise above it you must do *something*. Meditation is great. You could have also listened to the Foundation, or a Module, or reflected and it would keep your consciousness in that place.
If you don’t eat you get hungry. If you really starve yourself you’ll get weak. No different with your energy body that is your vehicle to that place you want to get to. The Force is a frequency. You are trying to raise yourself to tune into that energy. How will you do it without “jumping through hoops” which means putting in some effort?
Now, how much effort you put in is up to you. Sometimes, more is not necessarily better because you can burn yourself out. Two meditations, twenty minutes a day is great. I hear about people practicing other forms of meditation where they are meditating 2, 3 sometimes 5 hours a day. To me, that’s jumping through hoops and they are getting nowhere.
The funny thing is how much you will convince yourself you have no time even for small stuff. The next book covers a period of time where Eric really made the impression on me about effort being a currency. I had some great arguments and battles with myself when I tried putting more effort into things and when I really broke my time down, it was kind of a joke about what my time said about what I really placed importance on.
In case you hadn’t noticed by now there’s a reason Bending God is almost 500 pages, once I start typing I really can’t stop. I’m kidding. I know this is getting long but there’s a point I really want to address.
You don’t need Eric in your life to have the kind of experiences I talk about in Bending God. You have Bending God, you know it’s possible. You have all the knowledge Eric’s given to me at your fingertips. If you can get yourself to put in a little bit of time, every day (there’s the trick), you will find what you’re looking for. In the time it takes to watch one TV show (an hour) you’re on your way.
There is a woman who called Higher Balance about a month ago and wanted to describe some experiences she was having and didn’t know what to make of them. She’s been in the program about a year and a half. Now, granted she is in Star Reach, which is a special program where you get all the Higher Balance material and also work with your own personal coach over the phone. To me, that mainly helped ensure she was consistent (her coach was there to help motivate her) and give her constant access to knowledge (food for her to reflect on). Her coach was a little unsure what to tell her right away and wanted confirmation before he said anything. He put her on hold and contacted Eric and described what she was saying. After a little back and forth asking certain questions, he had to tell her she had reached a state of Enlightenment. She hit a peak.
Her reaction? “Oh, well, that’s interesting. Thanks.” Which, to me, makes sense.
What she described is not something that is “out there” in the sense that she could have read about it from some other yogi, or spiritual person and just relayed the experience. The details she gave matched up. Now, whether she’ll be able to hold that state and maintain it has yet to be seen but here’s the most important point: she made it. Never met any Higher Balance staff member, not Eric, not me, nobody, in person.
She used the knowledge, she applied it along with her daily life, and she got there. Under two years.
Now, don’t let that create an expectation you have to do it in two years or you’ve failed. It doesn’t work like that. But it does work. You can do it. You can do it with a full-time job, a fun-filled weekend, and a life. You do have to make choices and shift your priorities. You have to apply effort, and you have to be consistent.
If you can do that, you got it. Hope that helps and remember, enjoy the journey!
All the best,
Eric Robison
