OUR HISTORY AND MISSION

Higher Balance Institute (HBI) is the result of over twenty-five years of Eric Pepin’s painstaking study, research, experience, practice, and refinement of his system to access the highest levels of consciousness. If you want to think about it in more philosophical terms, you could say it is the result of the dedication of countless beings over the millennia that have blazed the trails of human thought. They pushed the collective consciousness, waiting for that final spark to ignite and make the quantum leap. That is truly what it has taken to bring us to this moment: lifetimes of knowledge evolving over generations upon generations.

Higher Balance Institute is that spark, igniting a revolution in spiritual consciousness.

Fifteen years ago is when it really first started as Eric began to share his discoveries with those he could find who were intrigued enough to listen and learn. Back then it was just a secret whisper on the wind, and, in many ways, it still is. Unless you were lucky enough to know someone who knew someone, it was just a star on the distant horizon; present but unreachable…unknowable to most.

As the experiences of those experimenting with Eric’s system started to unfold in incredible ways, something quite unexpected happened… it started to spread. More and more people, who were truly seeking what Eric had discovered, began to learn about the program and its creator. As he shared it with them their lives changed…often in very dramatic ways. As their lives changed, those people told more people, who in turn shared it with others. So it was that the hidden seed that would become Higher Balance grew and grew and gradually took a form all its own.

Very soon, there were people all over the United States practicing Eric’s system and willing to travel great distances to learn more! It didn’t take long before it had crossed the Atlantic, like pollen pushed by some great wind. He had requests from people in Europe and the United Kingdom asking to learn more about what they had heard. Eric’s only desire was to share it…to help these people discover that which they were seeking. This continues to be Eric’s wish and life-mission that is reflected in everything Higher Balance does.

As the number of people using the program grew, it took more of Eric’s time, energy, and resources. Nothing fulfilled him more than to give, so he sacrificed a great many things to share it.

At a critical juncture, a tipping point was reached and Eric had to make important decisions regarding the future of the knowledge. As Eric tells it:

“In this day and age you just can’t sit up in a cave and have people bring you bread. I wish it worked that way, but the local sheriff would haul you off! You have to work! And employers don’t understand when you tell them you’re tired from teaching all night and all weekend, how many things you’re trying to juggle, and how many people depend on you! Needless to say, it took its toll.

“I was unwilling, however, to do what many people had been urging me to do for years in order to continue sharing my program: charge others for my knowledge. It was something I had been struggling with for some time and just could not bring myself to do. But then someone asked me a question. ‘Eric,’ they said, ‘What is it you want to do?’

“I told them I wanted to show people how to unlock the doors within their mind that would allow them to awaken; to free themselves.

“‘And how are you going to reach all these people, with so many out there looking?’

“Of course I knew what they were getting at. It could have just been the timing of their question, but at that moment, the inner debate I had wrestled with for so long was settled. There was no other way. In order to teach more I needed more time. To reach more people I needed more resources. To get more resources I needed more money. But how would I get more money without sacrificing time dedicated to giving more spiritual knowledge? The many needs had to merge into one solution.

“So, with a great group of giving and dedicated people I launched Higher Balance Institute.”

Our purpose and mission at Higher Balance is simple: to give you all the tools and knowledge you need to empower yourself, to transform your life into something amazing and to awaken the wonder that lives within you. We hope that what began as just a whisper on the wind grows and becomes an energizing, life-giving storm of change sweeping across the globe.

We are completely dedicated to this goal and we have found no other resources out there offering anything even close to what we offer. We know that once you experience our program, you will join the growing number of people who have enthusiastically participated in it and continue to share it with everyone they know. “That distant star,” they would tell you… “the one on the horizon, unreachable and unknowable? It’s closer than you could ever imagine.” And then they would open the palm of their hand and you would see it. So infinitely small, yet so perfect and beautiful… this tiny, magical, glowing star. That’s what it’s like when you find it and share it. It’s giving someone that magic again, that beauty and hope they had long thought unreachable, that you have found at long last.

That is what we have found and want to share with you. Of course we have found that lasting results come from showing people how they can achieve it and how to get there themselves, rather than leaving it at just telling them about it.
